Enjoy this Air Fryer Salmon Garlic Butter Crispy recipe, perfect for an easy dinner or a flavorful weeknight dinner. This garlic butter salmon delivers crispy air fryer salmon with delightful family dinner appeal.


Ingredients

  • 500 g 1lb salmon fillets
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • pinch of chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, crushed garlic, oregano, chilli flakes, parsley and lemon juice, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay the salmon flesh-side down on parchment paper and spread half of the garlic butter mix over it.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 200ºC 390ºF for around 5 minutes until the skin gets crispy.
  5. Flip the salmon carefully, remove the parchment, and coat with the remaining garlic butter.
  6. Return to the air fryer to cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes until it reaches your desired doneness.
  7. Take out and serve with lemon on the side.
