- 500 g 1lb salmon fillets
- ½ cup melted butter
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tsp oregano
- pinch of chilli flakes
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, crushed garlic, oregano, chilli flakes, parsley and lemon juice, then add salt and pepper to taste.
- Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Lay the salmon flesh-side down on parchment paper and spread half of the garlic butter mix over it.
- Cook in the air fryer at 200ºC 390ºF for around 5 minutes until the skin gets crispy.
- Flip the salmon carefully, remove the parchment, and coat with the remaining garlic butter.
- Return to the air fryer to cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Take out and serve with lemon on the side.
