Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz Broccoli Florets
- 1 Tablespoon Avocado or Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 pound Chicken Breast cut into bite size pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil
- 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons (30g) Chili Garlic Sauce plus 1 Tablespoon (21g) Honey for glazing
Instructions
- Coat the broccoli in oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set it aside.
- Toss the chicken in chili oil and ginger powder until all pieces are evenly coated.
- If using an air fryer with two racks, place broccoli on the lower rack and chicken on the top rack. Air fry at 400ºF for 4 to 5 minutes until the chicken reaches 150ºF to 160ºF.
- Brush the chicken with a mixture of chili garlic sauce and honey, then air fry for another 2 minutes at 400ºF to caramelize and cook the chicken to 165ºF.
- If you have a single basket air fryer, cook broccoli alone for 5 to 6 minutes at 400ºF, then set aside. Cook the chicken separately. Reheat or toss together just before serving if needed.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve with rice or cauliflower rice alongside extra chili garlic sauce and honey if desired.
