Description

This Air Fryer Chicken Breast Juicy No Breading recipe is perfect for an easy dinner or weeknight dinner. It delivers juicy air fryer chicken that your whole family will enjoy. A great choice for a family dinner that’s quick and flavorful.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts 8 to 9oz each
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Use paper towels to thoroughly dry the chicken breasts.
  2. Make several punctures on both sides of each chicken breast using a fork.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice, mixing well.
  4. Brush the marinade evenly over the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Preheat your Air Fryer at 380F for 5 minutes.
  6. Place the chicken breasts in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Turn the chicken over and cook for another 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
  8. Take the chicken out and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  • Store leftover chicken covered in the fridge for 3 to 4 days
  • Freeze in a zip-lock bag for up to 3 months
