- 20 ounces fresh broccoli florets
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Set your oven to 350 degrees to preheat.
- Put broccoli in a large microwave-safe bowl with 2 tablespoons water, cover with plastic wrap tightly, then microwave for 2 minutes and let it rest covered for another 2 minutes.
- Remove plastic wrap carefully and pour out any excess liquid.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Fold the cream cheese mix and chicken into the steamed broccoli until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
