- 20 ounces Fresh Salmon 2 fillets
- ½ cup Keto Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Parsley finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dill finely chopped
- 1 Lemon zest only
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 12 Baby Romaine Lettuce Leaves cos lettuce leaves or any small cupped lettuce leaf
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 200C or 390F and season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper before placing them on a lined baking tray.
- Cook the salmon in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until fully done.
- Once baked, use a fork to flake the salmon and allow it to cool for about 30 minutes.
- Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, parsley, and lemon zest in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Mix the cooled salmon gently into the sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve the mixture by scooping it into the lettuce leaves for a fresh wrap.
